How it works

Our proprietary impact sensors represent a scale from 0 through 100 G's of force.  Depending on the severity of the impact, a certain portion of the design will show. If a player is "seeing stars," from a hard impact, a star will show up on the headband.

To read the sensors: Simply remove the headband and flip it inside out.  Gently remove the four individual sensor strips from the pockets.

Low G's will show as little to no scuffing on the individual sensor strips. Medium impacts will show a circle and it represents 50 G's of force. High (Strong) impacts will show a star within the circle and it represents 85-90 G's of force. Extreme impacts will show the star withing the circle as well as noticeable scuffing outside of the circle.
